Beet Salad:

I have been seeing this sign for Claim Jumper’s Beet salad up around town for about a month now. Beet salads have been menu’s everywhere in the past year, but not at chains. It’s a good sign when a beet salad with arugula, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pecans has reached this level of restaurant. Let alone becomes the object being advertised. I think it shows people’s palette’s are maturing. Still, they are known for massive portions, and their menu is full of junk, so by no means are they in the clear as a healthy place to eat.
