Thai Patio is a Bummer:

Nat and I attempted to go to Sapp Coffee Shop in Thai Town the other day but it was closed. I should have been smart and taken her to Jitlada because I knew it was good, but I had to try somewhere new. Ruen Pair and a couple of other places were closed so we ended up at Thai Patio. What a mistake. The food was mediocre at best.

-Thai Iced Tea: Impossible to mess up Thai Iced tea.

-Thai Beef Jerky:  Deep fried beef strips that cut the roof of your mouth when you bite into them. Never again.

-Yellow Curry: A tiny amount of curry served with rice, salad, and two fried won ton pieces. The curry was fine. The rest of the stuff was awful. The salad had some sort of sweet creamy dressing that made me gag.

-Basil Chicken: Not a lot of basil in this dish. Not a lot of chicken either.

Worse than the food as the service. The waiters walk around with ear pieces talking with the kitchen while they work. If the ear pieces are used to make the waiters more efficient it’s not working. Try Jitlada or somewhere else before you go here.
