McCall’s Meat and Fish Company:

McCall’s Meat and Fish just opened in Los Feliz. I went by the other morning to get some bacon for Friday brunch. McCall’s is a very clean and simple place to pick up what looks to be, beautiful cuts of meat and fish. I got a pound of Neuske’s applewood smoked bacon. It had a wonderful smoky flavor. I was kind of blown away. You must try it. Even the five pieces I burned to a crisp were good. This bacon was not cheap and I can imagine the rest of meat at McCall’s costs a pretty penny. As long as homeowner’s in Los Feliz can maintain a steady median income, McCall’s will be around.
