A Mexican New Year’s Eve:
My friend Gia was born on January 1st so we celebrated her birthday/New Year’s Eve at the same time. Her uncle had a “fiesta” for her at his house in Palm Springs. This was the first time I have rang in the New Year eating Mexican food. I would have no problem making it a tradition. The best part of the meal was the carnitas and guacamole you can see at the back of my plate. I didn’t find out where they ordered it from. My bad. My resolution for this year is to diversify the type of food I eat because I am realizing I only eat Mexican food.
