I decided it was time to step things up in the visual department so I got a new camera. I took this photo at the San Francisco Moma on Black Friday. My brother and I went to see the Richard Avedon exhibit before it left town. It was nice to know that not everyone in the Bay Area was shopping on Black Friday because we had a half hour wait to get into the exhibit. With some time to kill we grabbed a coffee from Blue Bottle Coffee at the rooftop sculpture garden. My Grandma Olive used to make cookies similar to the one you see above and we called them Greek cookies. This one was so much fluffier than the ones I am used to.
