This sign was above the meat counter. I wish I had taken more photo’s of their meat selection be any meat you would see on a Mexican menu was available for purchase. The meat looked fresh and was beautifully butchered. I can’t imagine all the feasts I would have if a place like this existed down the street from my house.

The queso enchilada looked like the perfect cheese to spice up a quesadilla. I tried to figure out a way to bring some home but that would have required a cooler and ice so I passed.
