My brother Michael went to visit my grandparents in Monterey this weekend. He sent me this photo from his meal at the Passion Fish. He ordered the jumbo prawns with some sort of carbonara pasta thing. It looks like they cooked a hunk of carbonara in a muffin tin. The food looks beautiful and I good. I wonder though if baking the pasta carbonara would make dry it out?
